Replaces the FIA equipment with new bandit equipment. With a chance that a units wears the new clothing. Along with the clothing, weapons from Big Chungus weapon mods replaces all vanilla weapons for the FIA except anti-tanks.
Known bugs
If a player has very slow internet, the game might recognize the player character as an NPC and replace ALL clothing with the added clothing. Very rarely but may occur.
